Our artisan egg pasta is handmade by us using only the best quality Australian durum semolina and the freshest pastured free range eggs supplied daily from our farm. Our hens roam free on open pastures with their diet being supplemented with locally sourced non-GMO grain. Making our pasta using a closed loop environmentally friendly, locally sourced ethos means we produce a one of a kind pasta that stands out for taste, colour and aroma.
